The KissyLush fit guide

How to measure

A little measuring, a more confident choice.

Use a soft measuring tape and keep your measurements in one unit. Body measurements and garment measurements are different: check the label above each product’s chart before comparing.

01 · Around your body

Body measurements

Stand naturally and keep the tape level and comfortably close, without pulling it tight.

Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of your torso. Breathe normally.
Hips
With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Compare these numbers only with a chart explicitly labelled body measurements. They are not the same as flat garment widths.

02 · On a garment laid flat

Garment measurements

Choose a similar garment that fits you well. Fasten it, lay it flat, and smooth it gently without stretching.

Chest width
Measure straight across from one underarm seam to the other.
Waist width
Measure straight across the waist, from edge to edge, with any elastic relaxed.
Hip width
Measure straight across the widest part of the hip area.
Length
For a top, measure from the highest shoulder point to the bottom hem. For bottoms, measure from the top of the waistband down the outer side to the hem. Bodysuits and adjustable straps need product-specific start and end points.

These are flat widths. Only double a width when a chart explicitly requires garment circumference and uses the same measurement points. Never double a number already listed as circumference.

Read the chart before choosing

  • Body measurements: compare with your measurements around your body.
  • Flat garment measurements: compare with the flat widths of a similar garment.
  • Garment circumference measurements: measurements around the garment, not around your body.
  • Method unspecified: don’t assume body sizing, flat width, or circumference. Ask us before using the numbers to choose a size.

Size names can vary between styles. The same letter size does not guarantee the same fit. Stretch, cut, and your preferred fit matter; this guide does not establish a measurement method for an unconfirmed product chart.
