Request a return within 14 days

To request a return, contact hello@kissylush.com within 14 calendar days after your item is delivered. Include your order number and reason for the return. Please wait for our return instructions before mailing anything.

The 14-day window is the deadline to request a return, not the deadline for the package to arrive back at KissyLush.

Change-of-mind and fit returns

Eligible items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and any hygiene seals intact.

You pay return shipping for a change of mind or fit-related return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. KissyLush covers any required return shipping after reviewing the issue.

The condition requirements for change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order support

Once shopping opens, KissyLush will be your point of contact for order questions, tracking help, damaged or incorrect items, and returns.

Return destination

Before sending an item, email hello@kissylush.com with your order number and reason for the request. Wait for KissyLush to confirm the private return instructions and destination; do not use the address on the original shipping package.

This policy does not limit your applicable consumer rights.

Shipping during the preview

Standard shipping is $2.99 when the merchandise subtotal before tax is under $50, and free at $50 or more. Add your selected options to the cart, choose Checkout, and enter the complete US delivery address. Delivery is checked for every cart item at quantity one before secure payment opens. Checks expire after 10 minutes and must be repeated if you change the cart or address.

Timing is not guaranteed, and full-address service must be reviewed again before fulfillment. Items may ship internationally; special-address service and any applicable charges must be confirmed before real shopping opens.

Test checkout never creates a real shipment. Final shipping arrangements will be confirmed before real purchases are enabled.
