Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with KissyLush, we may collect:

• Contact and account information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and saved preferences.
• Order and fulfillment information, such as products purchased, shipping and billing addresses, delivery status, returns, refunds, and customer-service messages.
• Payment information processed by our payment providers. KissyLush does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers.
• Optional first-party analytics, only after you affirmatively allow it: a short-lived opaque session reference, an allowlisted storefront action, selected product and variant identifiers, limited approved campaign labels, and server-derived environment. If you proceed to checkout while analytics is allowed, we may connect that opaque reference to the resulting order to measure campaign conversion, returns, refunds, acquisition cost, and contribution. Only the opaque reference—not campaign labels or customer details—is added to checkout metadata. We do not store IP addresses, full user-agent strings, full URLs, or cross-site identifiers for this analytics feature.
• Marketplace information, including seller account, listing, inventory, order, fulfillment, business-policy, and technical diagnostic information made available through a third-party marketplace.
• Information from service providers, such as inventory availability, shipment tracking, delivery exceptions, and return status.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Operate our store, process orders, arrange delivery, and manage returns and refunds.
• Synchronize products, inventory, listings, and orders across KissyLush and authorized marketplaces.
• Communicate about orders, customer service, account security, and requested updates.
• Prevent fraud, protect our customers and systems, troubleshoot errors, and comply with marketplace requirements.
• Improve our products, services, website, and customer experience.
• Meet legal, tax, accounting, recordkeeping, and contractual obligations.

Pre-launch email list

If you join the KissyLush lovely list, we collect your email address to send launch news and occasional boutique updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us. Joining the list is optional and is not required to browse this website.

How we share information

We may share personal information only as reasonably necessary with:

• Marketplaces and commerce providers, including online sales channels, payment processors, fraud-prevention services, and hosting providers.
• Service providers and carriers that need limited order information to ship a product, provide tracking, or process a return.
• Professional advisers and authorities when necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, or respond to lawful requests.
• A successor organization in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not intend to sell personal information for money. We do not authorize service providers handling shipping and returns to use customer information for their own marketing.

Order information

We share with service providers only the order information needed to arrange delivery, provide tracking, resolve a delivery issue, or process a return. KissyLush remains responsible for the customer relationship and the promises made at checkout.

Before checkout, if you ask us to check delivery for an address-dependent product, we may send the delivery address and selected product details to a delivery-quote service to determine availability and timing. We use that information only for the requested quote and do not use it for the provider’s marketing.

Third-party marketplaces

Purchases made through a third-party marketplace are also subject to that marketplace’s privacy policy. The marketplace may provide KissyLush with information needed to manage orders, delivery, customer service, returns, and refunds. We use that information only for those purposes and as required by law.

Cookies and similar technology

We and our service providers may use cookies or similar technology to keep the site working, remember preferences, understand site performance, prevent fraud, and measure interactions. Browser controls may allow you to block or delete cookies, although some store functions may not work correctly without essential cookies.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including order support, fraud prevention, marketplace obligations, and legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Optional first-party analytics sessions expire after 24 hours and analytics events expire after 90 days. Revoked sessions are removed through the same restricted lifecycle process. This does not delete order, payment, return, tax, supplier, or other required operational records.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. You may also unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message. We may verify your identity before completing a request and may retain information when required or permitted by law.

Children’s privacy

KissyLush is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as our store, services, sales channels, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date when changes become effective.
