Can I place an order now?
Products are available to browse. Any test checkout is clearly labeled and does not charge real money or ship items. We’ll announce real purchase availability through the lovely list.
Where will orders ship from?
Dispatch locations vary by item, and items may ship internationally. Delivery is checked for your destination before secure checkout opens.
How do delivery estimates work?
Add your selected styles and sizes to the cart, then choose Checkout and enter the US delivery address. Delivery is checked for every cart item at quantity one before secure payment opens. The result is valid for 10 minutes. Use the same address in secure checkout; a changed destination requires a new review.
How do I choose a size?
Use the product-specific chart and our measurement guide. Body measurements and flat garment widths are different. If a chart’s method is unspecified, contact us before choosing.
What is your return policy?
Contact hello@kissylush.com within 14 calendar days after your item is delivered to request a return. That is the request deadline, not a deadline for the package to arrive back. For change-of-mind or fit returns, items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and any hygiene seals intact. Wait for our instructions before mailing anything. Who pays return shipping?
You pay return shipping for eligible change-of-mind or fit returns. KissyLush covers any required return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items after reviewing the issue.
